Gunsmoke Guides & Outfitting is owned and ran by Matt Woods. He was born and raised in Southern Nevada and has over 15 years as an experienced guide.

Matt is licensed in both Nevada and Arizona. When it comes to mountain lion hunts, both states allow you to get a lion tag over the counter and drawing isn't necessary.

Guides are conducted in a 4x4 vehicle with some hiking. Generally, hunts are 5 days with camping options, but can be customized to the client's needs. Many of the hunts are dry ground which can be more challenging.
